The audit is so very important. The mandates piled up. The wrong leader broke something in some. And slowly — without even noticing — many teachers begin drifting.

They're still showing up. That matters.

But our kids need more than survival. The system must include planned and thoughtful emotional assistance for staff. Most of our fortune 500 companies built this component inside their systems long ago.
